About hsvisions

Born again at about 16 yrs. of age (1957) Baptized in the Holy Spirit (1977) I was given my first vision while attending a men's christian weekend (Cursillo) in 1978, on my birthday. Since that time I began recording these Holy Spirit visits (visions) and began illustrating them many years ago. The messages from the Holy Spirit are primarily forthtelling-edification- for the body of Christ here on earth. Many of these message reveal what God is like, many are given to let the Church know Him, and that He is always with us. Kathy was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1977, three days before I received the baptism. Kathy is our Editor and proof reader.

MAN’S MEASUREMENTS

MAN'S MEASUREMENTS.jpg

MAN’S MEASUREMENTS

2 Corinthians 10:12 :We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves they are not wise.”

The Scene: A tape measure with numbers one through 7 showing, the number 7 being the Bible number for perfection.

Comparing one person to another leads to trouble, the Holy Spirit tells us through His Holy Scriptures. Using the wrong measure can lead to boasting or falling short compared to others.

2 Corinthians 2:17-18 “But, ‘Let him who boasts boast in the Lord. For it is not the one commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.'”

SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS

SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS.jpg

SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS

Matthew 5:12 “Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong & intense), for in the same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you.”(AMP)

“For when  we serve in gladness God will reward us,” the Holy Spirit quickened.

The Scene: multi-jeweled crown, a representation of heavenly reward.

Proverbs 10:6 “Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.”

James 1:12 ” Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised those who love him.”

Revelation 3:12 ” Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God.”

Those who are born again may say, 2 Timothy 4:8 “Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award me on that day–and not only me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.”

TRUST IN ME

TRUST IN ME

TRUST IN ME

John 14:1 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.”

The Scene: Vision of credit cards following a dream about a lost credit card at a gas station…

In the dream the machine retained the credit card. It was accepted by the machine and kept. For a short time I concerned myself with the idea of of losing the card. As I read the Word that morning I then saw the credit cards, like those show in the scene above.

The Lord said,” Put your trust in Me, not in the world’s system. The time will come when credit cards will no longer be of use. Trust in Me.”

Psalm 56:4,11 “In God whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

BE BOLD

BE BOLD

BE BOLD

Psalm 28:1 “The wicked man flees though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.”

The Scene: the word BOLD as seen in a vision after reading Psalm 28:1.

The Lord’s Word, given through the Holy Spirit, is as clear as the word BOLD shown above. His message to  God’s people, born-again Christians, is, “Be bold!” Jesus is always with us. Therefore, we are to be courageous in the face of the enemy, Satan, and all his troubles, like King David, in Psalm 138:13 “When I called, you answered me; you made me bold and stouthearted.”

When Satan attacks us with illness or problems,  God’s people can go boldly before His throne and request, in His mighty name, Jesus, He will be there to see us through the situation. With  His help we will be overcomers.

Acts 4:29-30 “Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform miraculous signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”

BE READY

BE READY.jpg

BE READY

Matthew 25:3 “The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise however, took oil in jars along with their lamps.”

The Scene:  very old Roman-style brass oil lamp* of the early Christian era. The oil is symbol of the Holy Spirit and preparedness for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Be filled with His Word.

“Trim your lamps and fill them with oil,” directed by the Holy Spirit.

Proverbs 21:20 “In the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil, but a foolish man devours all he has.”

“My people must be ready for when I come, I’ll come swiftly. Now is the time to be ready. Fill your vessels (mind, body and spirit) with oil.  Fill your minds with God’s Word and trim the wick, meditate on Me and My Word day and night,” says the Lord.

  • The lighted lamp represents the bride of Christ, the Church, who is ready for her bridegroom’s return. Those with lamps that have gone out are the unfaithful, those who did not stay the course and were unprepared for the Lord’s return.

Luke 12:35-36 “Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like men waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him.”

THE SPIRITUAL WALK

THE SPIRITUAL WALK.jpg

THE SPIRITUAL WALK

Psalm 128:1-2 “Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways.  You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.”

The Scene: Landscape of a steep hill that rises sharply, then near the top its slope becomes more gradual. This picture represents the mature Christian’s spiritual walk through life. The cloud is symbolic of God watching from above with the 3 birds in flight representing the Trinity.

The Christian’s life, at first, is a hard climb, much of the time while Satan attacks frequently, trying to discourage the life and get the Christians back into their sinful ways.

Usually there comes a time, in the Christian’s walk, which brings mature spirituality, by reading God’s Word and hearing from the Holy Spirit, recognizing His voice. He begins to take hold, as the Christian lets go of the former self.

As Christians mature in their walk with God, it can become easier to recognize the enemy’s ways, temptations, etc. and shun them, through much prayer and meditation on Holy Spirit directed Scriptures.  Christians will never in this life become perfect, but we can hope to become mature.

Psalm 145:18-21 “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. The Lord watches over all who love him, but the wicked he will destroy. My mouth will speak in praise of the Lord. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever.”

HE GOES BEFORE US

HE GOES BEFORE US II

HE GOES BEFORE US II

Joshua 1:9-10 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

The Scene: A thrown spear heading toward its target with dead-on accuracy–symbolic of our Lord Jesus appearing as a spear, made of stone or a rock.

The Lord goes before us as the tip of the spear, the Head. We are like the shaft that follows the Head. All He requires is for us to be strong and courageous, strong like the spear shaft and courageous enough to follow Jesus wherever He leads us. He goes before us into the spiritual battle.

1 Corinthians 11:3 “Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of every woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.”

ONE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

ONE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

ONE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Judges 6 (Read for better understanding)

The Scene: A large monolithic number one:

The story of Gideon, the Israelite prophet and judge, shows us that one person, led by the Holy Spirit, can make a difference in the world. There are many examples of what one person can do–in the fields of medicine, science, math, economics, art, music, theology and many more endeavors.

There are many examples in God’s Word and in the history of the world of individuals who have excelled in a mighty way.

We, God’s children, are not to fall for/believe Satan’s lies that we as individuals cannot make a difference in this world for mankind and for God.

God’s says in His Word, “I am their God.” Noah, Gideon, King David, the Apostle Paul and Jesus, the Son of God Almighty, all have made a difference for the Kingdom of God.

We are to remember He, the great I AM is with us as we serve Him, our Lord and Savior, Jesus!

MY WORD

MY WORD.jpg

MY WORD

Judges 3:15 Again the Israelites cried out to the Lord, and he gave them a deliverer–Ehud, a left-handed man, son of Gera the Benjamite. The Israelites sent him with tribute to Eglon king of Moab.  (For more information and understanding read the remainder of Judges Chapter 3)

The Scene: a double-edged sword, a symbol of God’s Word shining forth to mankind from the throne of God the Father through the Holy Spirit.

The Lord said, through His Holy Spirit,”When you call Me I will come to your aid, just as when the Israelites called out to God for His help, and He came to their aid.”

God raised up Ehud, who was sent to free the Jews from the Moabites. God had prepared Ehud and when called upon, Ehud went and obeyed the Lord.

God’s Word is true, He said,” Trust in Me. I will come to your aid, when you humble yourself and seek My face for I am true to My Word.” (See 2 Chronicles 7:14)

OUR FAITH STANDS

OUR FAITH STANDS

OUR FAITH STANDS

Psalm 91:1-3 “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty (Whose power no foe can withstand). I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, on Him I lean and rely and in Him I (confidently) trust! For (then) He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.” (AMP)

The Scene: The shadow of the cross, representing Jesus, leads the way to the empty tomb of Jesus and Resurrection Day– bringing salvation to those who choose to worship and follow Jesus Christ’s ways and Word.

On the solid rock of Jesus’ Word, created by a carpenter, the cross shows us the love He has for us.

Acts 17:28 ” For it is in him we live and move, and  have our being. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’

1 Corinthians 15:2-4 ” By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,”
