THE SHEKINAH GLORY OF THE LORD

SHEKINAH GLORY OF THE LORD

        THE GLORY OF THE LORD

Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

The Scene: The Shekinah Glory~~definition according to Unger’s Bible Dictionary~~used in later Scripture by Jews and Christians to express the visible, divine presence (of God) in Scripture called “The Glory of the Lord.”

The Glory of the Lord is around His people today, just like when God was with the Israelites and Moses in the desert.

Exodus 40:34 Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the Glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

For Christians today, the Shekinah Glory of the Lord is His divine presence within true believers of Jesus Christ as the Son of God.

Luke 2:9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shown round them, and they were terrified.

John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his  dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
