GET WISDOM

James 3:17-18 ” But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then  peaceloving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of  righteousness.”

The Scene: a basket full of grapes–representing the harvest that righteous living brings to believers in Jesus Christ the Savior (for his followers).

The harvest for Christians is the “fruit of the Spirit” they are named in Galatians 5:22; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

The fruit giver is our Lord Jesus, through His Holy Spirit.

John 15:16-17 “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit–fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other.”
