About hsvisions

Born again at about 16 yrs. of age (1957) Baptized in the Holy Spirit (1977) I was given my first vision while attending a men's christian weekend (Cursillo) in 1978, on my birthday. Since that time I began recording these Holy Spirit visits (visions) and began illustrating them many years ago. The messages from the Holy Spirit are primarily forthtelling-edification- for the body of Christ here on earth. Many of these message reveal what God is like, many are given to let the Church know Him, and that He is always with us. Kathy was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1977, three days before I received the baptism. Kathy is our Editor and proof reader.

COMPLETE IN HIM

COMPLETE IN HIM

                                     COMPLETE IN HIM

FAITH: Romans 10:17b Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

TRUST: Isaiah 25:9 In that day they will say, “Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.”

PURITY: Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”

TRUTH: John 14:6 Jesus answered, ” I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

HOPE: Romans 15:4 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that  through endurance and encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

HOLINESS: 2 Corinthians 7:1 Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.

The Scene: A cross puzzle; our lives in Christ are complete when we have all the pieces, like the cross puzzle:  Jesus takes all the pieces and binds them together with Himself at the center. Only then are we complete in Him that is, in our inner man, our spirit man.

Note: Seven pieces in the puzzle. Bible #7 = Completion, Perfection, Fullness.

THE SHEKINAH GLORY OF THE LORD

SHEKINAH GLORY OF THE LORD

        THE GLORY OF THE LORD

Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

The Scene: The Shekinah Glory~~definition according to Unger’s Bible Dictionary~~used in later Scripture by Jews and Christians to express the visible, divine presence (of God) in Scripture called “The Glory of the Lord.”

The Glory of the Lord is around His people today, just like when God was with the Israelites and Moses in the desert.

Exodus 40:34 Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the Glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

For Christians today, the Shekinah Glory of the Lord is His divine presence within true believers of Jesus Christ as the Son of God.

Luke 2:9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shown round them, and they were terrified.

John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his  dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

INQUIRING OF GOD

INQUIRING OF GOD

                                             INQUIRING OF GOD

Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.

The Scene: The Tent of Meeting; as told of in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible is a symbol of God’s guidance and protection. The tent also represents God’s covering over believers–those who seek Him.

In Exodus 34 God told Moses to gather together the people at the Tent of Meeting and He would be there. The seekers of God knew they could go the the Tent of Meeting to hear from God.

Psalm 119:10 I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.

God wants us to know that His door is always open to us and can always feel safe calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Luke 11:10 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds and to him who knocks the door will be open.

WITH GOD-LIKE PERSISTENCE

WITH GOD-LIKE PERSISTANCE

                                    WITH GOD-LIKE PERSISTENCE

Romans 2:7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality he will  give eternal life.

AMEN!

The scene: Tree downed by a beaver–the beaver starts with one small tree to build a lodge/dam. He continues to gnaw away until he has completed his work. Likewise God’s people, true believers in Jesus Christ, are called to persistence and patience in all we do.

Colossians 1:11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light.

We are called to run the good race to the finish and gain the victory over death and  eternal life.  2 Timothy 4:7 says, ‘I have fought the good fight, i have finished the race, i have kept the faith.”

GOD’S WILL

GOD'S WILL

                                                  GOD’S WILL

The Scene: God’s will. Jesus is the Executor of Father God’s will. He has the Power of Attorney to see that the Father’s will is to be  done in accordance with His Word.

As is written in the Lamb’s book of life,  Revelation 3:5,  “He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels.”

Ephesians 1:4-5 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.

God blesses those who chose to do His will and who have an attitude of thankfulness for His blessings promised to overcomers.

GOD’S WORD IN US

GOD'S WORD IN US

                                        GOD’S WORD IN US

John 6:63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life.”

The Scene: Butter is a natural ingredient / element made from milk. It is used with food to enhance the  taste. Sometimes it is used as an additive to bind and hold other products together. Butter has been with mankind almost since the beginning of man.

Genesis 18:8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, set it before them, and he stood by them under the tree and they did eat.

Abraham prepared a meal for the Lord and the two who were with Him. God’s Word has been with man from the very beginning.

Taking God’s Word into our lives daily makes our lives better, bound together in love with God.

John 15:7 “If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.”

Mark 13:31 “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”                                                                                                                                                      The Holy Spirit living within us, that is, true believers in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Father, makes us better, like the flavor of butter makes food taste better. The Holy Spirit in us gives us the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit. And when we bear fruit we know that God is living within us.

THE TIME OF TRUMPETS IS NEAR

THE TIME OF TRUMPETS IS NEAR

THE TIME OF TRUMPETS IS NEAR

Matthew 24:30  “At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.”

The Scene:1) the shofar ; 2) a ram’s horn, referred to in the Bible as a trumpet; 3) an angel of the Lord wearing a priestly shawl (a tallith or tallit) the tallith traditionally worn on special occasions/events and was worn over the head during prayers; 4) blue stripe a traditional color for the nation of Israel; 5) the angel is holding the shofar, ready to blow it. He is waitingfor the signal from the Lord.

Joshua 6:4,6,8 Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams’ horns in front of the ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with priests blowing the trumpets…So Joshua son of Nun called the priests and said to them, “Take up the ark of the covenant of the Lord and have seven priests carry trumpets in front of it”…. When Joshua had spoken to the people, the seven priests carrying the seven trumpets before the Lord went forward, blowing their trumpets, and the ark of the Lord followed them.

Psalm 98:6 with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn–shout for joy before the Lord, the King.

We are called to be joyful and wait for our King. “The time is near”, said the Holy Spirit. ” Don’t lose hope, be strong, ready to go.”

MY STORY

MY STORY

                                                   MY STORY

John 1:7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe.

The Scene:1) A wooden, raised dais. 2) A wooden structure, a reminder of the cross. 3) The light of God shining on the Word. 4)The pulpit (or platform) from which the people of the church are  taught lessons from the Scriptures. The Bible holds the truth of Father God, His Son, Jesus Christ and the acts of the Holy Spirit.  God the Father wants His people to be overcomers.  (See Revelation Ch. 2-3.)

Christians, who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, have a story to tell this lost world. We have witnessed to the light that has entered us and know we are saved. Just as John the Baptist witnessed. Re: the light of Christ.

Isaiah 43:10 “You are my witnesses”, declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe in me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.”

We have been created to praise our God and to increase His kingdom, by spreading the Good News as Jesus did.  The Holy Bible’s Truth is all that will set people free to become what God wants us to be.

STAY ON THE PATH

STAY ON THE PATH

                                       STAY ON THE PATH

Proverbs15:24 The path of life leads upward for the wise to keep him from going down to the grave.

The Scene: The path of righteousness rising higher and higher with 3 birds looking down on the path, representing the Trinity. The Holy Spirit watches over and shows His people, true believers in Jesus Christ, the way they should go.  One of the Holy  Spirit’s jobs is to counsel.

Psalm 25:4  Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me.

Order our steps, O Lord, in Thy will and way.

THE MIND OF CHRIST

THE MIND OF CHRIST

                          THE MIND OF CHRIST

1 Corinthians 2:16 For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

The Scene: The mind—When God’s people, true believers in Jesus Christ, become born again, their minds are changed from darkness to light.  When the light of the world enters the believer’s mind and spirit, then the mind of Christ exists within that person.

John 8:12  When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.

The daily reading of God’s Word the Holy Bible, meditating on that Word, receiving what the Holy Spirit enlightens to us, helps God to renew our minds daily. Then we can grow in maturity, more and more developing the true mind of Christ.

Romans 8:6-7  The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; the sinful mind is hostile to God.  It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
