GOD OF ALL
Deuteronomy 11:13-15 ” So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today– to love the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul–then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and oil. I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.”
The Scene: A bare winter tree–representation of people who are in the winter of their lives, spiritually speaking or asleep.
The Lord is our Lord of all seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. He is the God of all that exists. He is the bread of life. He wants His people to stay awake and follow Him into maturity by reading the Word, practicing it, and occupying until Jesus comes. See Ezekiel 36:26-27.
Many people of the world are like a barren tree. They are bare and will bear no fruit, in season or out of season, for they are spiritually dead. They spend little or no time in the Lord’s presence. They do not call on Him. Our God is a great God and gives believers, who follow His will and follow His Word, blessings and guidance unlimited.
2 Timothy 4:2 “Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage– with great patience and careful instruction.”
